In an ideal world I can see the advantages of that, but practically I
think you'll always have "native" MindAgents, and it would probably be
best if there were language bindings for a wide variety of languages
so you can write your code in whatever is best suited for the task.
I even imagine that some people will write a plugin to Mathematica or
other math programs so they can interface code written in those
systems.
