It's been a week and nobody but Joel chimed in :-(.

Soooo... here's my plan: I'll leave the current hierarchy as is, except
for a couple of modifications sent by the PetaVerse guys and the
migration of the HEBBIAN atoms to the 'attention' module. If someone
eventually wishes to fix the hierarchy, we can do it as the needed
arises.
