  mei-dkms fails to build on trusty

Bug description:
  dkms fails to compile the module with trusty, as 3.13 kernel is not
  supported according to build exclusive, and __dev macros have been
  removed. Attached patch, fixes the issue, and allows it to build on
  trusty.
