Bom dia Sidnei,

a princípio falta instalar o python-profiler.
Agora sua mensagem está mostrando duas versoes de python 2.4 e 2.5, pode ser
algum problema quanto a isto.

tente instalar o profiler e veja se resolve.
sudo apt-get install python-profiler
