karma isn't that meaningful here, most karma points are gathered with 
programming and committing code, while functional explanation and 
writing conceptual design in bug report doesn't add a single point.
What I want to say is that a good programmer hasn't by default also good 
ERP knowledge, but working together with a ERP knowledgeable conceptual 
designer could make it a winning team.
But the conceptual designer has more less "karma" :-(

So don't trust on karma, one should judge on persons contribution in the 
past.
