Hi,

my colleague Holger Brunn is developing a module to support generic 
resource planning [1]. It seems to me that there is still room for a new 
community project on Launchpad to put such generic support modules for 
resource planning. Alternatively, the generic modules could go to 
server-env-tools.

Which option do the community reviewers prefer?
