Review: Approve functional only - no code review

This is a OPW patch from the branch lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/7.0-opw-597045-rmu

Functonally it works as expected :
- An error message prevent from reconciling 2 move line with different accounts
- An error message prevent from reconciling si account is not reconcile = true

and the contraint on partner remains as expected (An error message prevent from reconciling 2 move line with same accounts but different partner).
