Review: Needs Information

Maybe it's wanted, but with your code, if there is a Delivery Order created from scratch and Available, the click on the 'Force Availability' button doesn't remove the availability of this picking. It removes the reservation only for stock moves attached to a procurement order

If it's that you want, please give me the reason of this choice.
