Hello Nhomar,

We choosed the simplest name different than official one by calling it budget. That way this module is not named like the official one.

budget = Community module
account_budget = OpenERP module

Let's call a spade a spade. :)

By the way, this module is already used in production, I think it's time for a merge so I add an approve on this one.
