And about the final merge stage?  If my previous MP were already merged, 
Federico would have noticed that some fixes were already done...
Is there a time lapse for aproving MPs, or what are the steps to get 
that finally done?

I am just learning the LP / MP dance, so I welcome any tips that help 
improve collaboration...
