I'm about to cancel this MP and delete the branch : the module does not work as intended. Esp. it does not handle some of the work done by the entitlement process in the case of hierarchical location constructions. 

A better approach is proposed in stock_picking_priority (https://code.launchpad.net/~camptocamp/stock-logistic-flows/7.0-add_stock_picking_priority-afe/+merge/197206)
