  Title of except_orm "Warning" is untranslatable

Bug description:
  When an except_osv or except_orm is raised in a non-english
  environment, the title of the Pop-up window is "OpenERP Warning" and
  there is no way to change that.

  The same is true for "Access Denied"

  To reproduce:
  Set environment to another language and raise an except_orm exception.

  Expected output:
  The warning window is fully in the language of the environment

  Actual output:
  The warning window always has the title "OpenERP Warning"
