Hi,

Firstly, the OpenERP server doesn't use the Apache Web Server.

now, OpenERP Web can use the WSGI specification and you can use OpenERP Web with mod-wsgi and Apache2.
Not checked, but I think it will work if cherrypy is WSGI compliant.
