Automatic creation of Purchase Order Lines

Hi all,

My company have same orders that always use this same products but
different quantities, I search for the way for automatic creation of
Purchase order lines. I plan to filter them by product category and use
quantity 0 as default. Can you point me in right direction, what to use ?
