The official url for the nightly build is now:

http://runbot.openerp.com/build/

v60/ the 6.0 build and the 6.1 gtk client build
v61/ the 6.1 new packaging (exe coming soon)

The debian repository to add to sources.list is:

deb http://runbot.openerp.com/build/v61/deb/ ./

Then you can install with:

apt-get install openerp

This works on debian 6 and ubuntu maverick or above.
