Hi,

You should go to apps.openerp.com and search for modules called training*.
It seems that most of the requirements are developed.

There is also a module called Pedagogy that allows you to manage courses
content and students goal skills,

If you could give us some feedback, It would be important because I'm
planning to contribute to all these modules.
