CRM cases merging

 

Hello
We have automatized CRM in order to create cases from email.
But a lot os times instead of adding lines to cases already created, the system just create a new case.
I have two questions:
- Does any one know any kind of improvement in order to minimze this?
- Does any one know a module to merge crm cases, in order to add as lines the new wrongly created cases?
