I totally agree with this point, so checkup and quality code is highly
important, so follow PEP8, better testing usage is what can allow us to use
modules w/o errors; this implies too use of blueprints, if anyone want to
merge must related a blueprint to describe the improvements.

This process must make sure our modules are really stables and not
prototypes, (Niels describe this point better).

My vote for Serpent CS team, camp2camp team, Stefan and Eric.
