Canadian provinces and territories are already in the l10n_ca_toponyms module. 

If there were any demand for ZIP code, we would use Postes Canada API to get it. But so far, nobody asked for it.

I verified, until now this is my first option. 


Somebody mention before Canadian are wrong, but i think it is a good accurate first option i think.
