So, which of the following am I to infer based on the lack of response?

1) The packaging is available, but so obscure that no one knows where it is

2) The packaging is unmaintained and patches to improve it would be 
gladly accepted

3) The packaging exists only on OpenERP SA's servers and is 
intentionally not released
