I am getting an error every time I try to create a customer or contact
when using a user other than admin.

The error I get when I try to save a new contact/customer is:


Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security
restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Partner, Operation: read)

Where can I make setting changes to the security restrictions?
