I find it strange that you would want to get the revision of 7.0 when it was released the first time without the fixes that have been applied since then.
Is it strange? What if I want to know what those fixes are? What if I'm comparing behavior with someone else and I want to assure we are running identical code? What if I want to create a patch and know that it will apply cleanly to the 7.0 release so that anyone who has the release can apply my patch, even if they haven't gone through the effort of incorporating unreleased bugfixes to their code?
Considering that we released on Dec 21, I see that the revision is 8472
How do you know 7.0 is revision 8472? Is that just the revision closest to the release date? That hardly seems like a solid assumption. How do I know the guy packaging the release didn't check out the code on Dec 20 or the 19th? Was the release made before or after 20:41:41 UTC? How do I associate that with the corresponding revisions of openobject-server and openerp-web and be sure that what I have is identical to the code released as 7.0?
There seem to be tags in in bzr for several 6.0 series releases, but none for 7.0. Why is that? Has a 7.0 release actually not been made?
