In general the page should drive 2 kind of visitors:
- the one who wants to contribute
- the one who is looking for help
Not sure whether the decision makers will/should come here.

Then there are 2 main levels of audience: beginners and experts (both functional and technical).

Quick guide to get started in few steps minutes would be appreciated for new comers.
