I do not think so Pedro, lcr stand for 'lettre de change' and is a payment
mode.

However Akretion already did something :
https://code.launchpad.net/~akretion-team/+junk/account_statement_cfonb

So far, this type of import is really lacking in a nice and clean launchpad
module
