For the import of sales orders older than 30 days, heads on 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/openerp-connector-magento/+bug/1253601

In short: the configuration tells that unpaid sales orders since more 
than 30 days are not imported, and your sales orders probably aren't 
considered as paid.

For the error, I agree with Eric, that's probably a missing account on 
the journal, in the other hand, the fields are mandatory so that should 
not happen. Can you check that?
