Hey guys,
i've a huge problem here. I've tried to import a Order from an
existing
shop (working and live in this configuration. But used test
database).
But the total prices are different. After researching (deleted all
like
discount or shipping fees) the same failure comes up again.
First of all: Magento & OpenERP have prices included taxes (Germany
19%).
When I import a product for example with price 289,90€ (incl. tax)[0]
it
will be shown with the same price in OpenERP[1]. Screenshots for both
at
the bottom.
Now when I am importing a order. The order Line is shown without
taxes
(100% = 243,61) but there must be (119% = 289,90) because OpenERP
thinks
that the Unit Price is 119% (incl. tax) so my total Price for order
is
243,61€.
Do you understand?
The point is that this only happens when the connector is
importing[2].
When I open up a order in OpenERP it is all done right[3].
Here a screenshot from the Magento Order.[4] Sorry it's german but I
think you can see the importent points (prices, taxes) there.
(zzgl. Steuern is: excl. tax and inkl. Steuern is: including tax)
Do you have an idea. I really don't know how to handle this :( Is
that a
bug or perhabs just configuration stuff?
