Edit: That comes from extention: CashOnDelivery

But that payment method wasn't selected in sale order. API gives me 
following fields. All values are NULL

 ["cod_fee"]=> NULL ["base_cod_fee"]=> NULL ["cod_fee_invoiced"]=> NULL 
["base_cod_fee_invoiced"]=> NULL ["cod_tax_amount"]=> NULL 
["base_cod_tax_amount"]=> NULL ["cod_tax_amount_invoiced"]=> NULL 
["base_cod_tax_amount_invoiced"]=> NULL


In magento Taxes the Option for this is "Cash on Delivery fee include 
tax" and it is set to yes.
But the error shows me that the connector all in all can handle these 
extention, right? Perhabs these informations can help.
