that sounds great!
Have done something like this for a project to. (Thanks to Guewen for 
help)
But I liked the way you do it with the comment box.
Is everything in there pushed to magento and can I update Status as 
well?
In my solution I can update a comment, status and decide wheater a mail 
in magento is sent to customer or not with a def.


I think it is good to leave the decision for your question to the user. 
So a boolean is good.
