this is a general problem i guess

the aim is to have the basic connector as simple as possible, i hope all
agree with that

the second aim is to have some usable default behaviour, and this will
not fit the needs of everyone

the third aim should be to have some other useful behaviour to change
the default connector and easy share the code.
In my option this force to:
- have more configurable option in the backend model (feels a lillte
conflict to a small basic connector)
- OR: use a way to install openerp models to change it, without writing
his own connector type

I think a little about this, and have no final decision about how to
implemented this in the best way.
