Re: Sync Broken?

 

Hi Guewen,

Thanks for replying and sorry for my late reply, the notification got junked.

We completely uninstalled the module via the uninstall option (which removed db entries and deleted the respective addons folder)

No there is no result section, the job just shows as ‘done’. Requeue the ‘done’ job and this time it imports ok. It’s like something to do with the synchroniser is broken - but there are no errors anywhere to indicate this (OpenERP log, connector log or Magento).

Yes all addons have been copied to the latest version, but in OpenERP under Settings > Modules> Updates it shows Connector 7.0.2.1.1 (7.0.2.2.0) (this is incorrect though, as definitely the latest version is installed). Clicking ‘Update’ on this screws up the system.

It’s frustrating more than anything - for example today (Monday) we had to requeue all ‘done’ jobs created since Friday in order to get the orders to import. Any ideas what could cause this?
