PLEA FOR PAID SUPPORT
Hi all,
Are there any developers out there, willing to work at a reasonable hourlie rate, that are able to fix a couple of glitches on our connector installation? We had it installed and it was working great but there are a couple of minor problems. For now we’re just looking to get it fixed, but we’d also be interested in some long term support if any problems arise.
This is quite urgent as we currently do not have a working installation and the orders are piling up. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
We have to dequeue all ‘Done’ jobs to get orders to import. Requeing ‘done’ jobs gets the orders to import ok, but they do not seem to import automatically the first time around
Now all jobs are stuck ‘Pending’ and not assigned to a worker. 1 worker process running but last alive check was 3/4 days ago
