Not written "fully bidirectional".

Bidirectional doesn't mean that all the objects of the system are
synchronized bidirectionally, does it?

Customers, products, categories, sales orders are Magento -> Odoo.
Shipments, tracking numbers, invoices are Odoo -> Magento.

Also, the framework has all the stuff allowing you to extend the
connector if you want to implement your own synchronization in the
direction you want.
