Hi,

Can you check that all the storeviews in Odoo have the same ID in the
'magento_id' field than their counterpart in Magento?

If you need to delete some and can't from the views, can you create an
issue there please: https://github.com/OCA/connector-magento/issues
Possible corrections are: allow to delete them / add an active field
(better if orders are linked to it).

Also, before a correction lands, you can still delete them directly in
Postgres.
