unread mail.message runs into performance problems [v8]

Hi,

in Odoo v8 we have the problem, that as a result of the connector all
user has a lot of unread mail.message.
If i m not admin and login to odoo, odoo loads checks all unread
messages and is slow.
We figure out, that odoo that it comes from the "mail" module have a sql
query to be slow to check rights. It building a "any ( ARRAY ( MANY IDS
) )" query, that postgres performance not well.

Has anyone run in this problem and how to solve it?
In v7 it is never a problem. So i don't know if belongs to change on
"mail" module or on ORM changes for v8.
