Hello,

I've made a lot of changes in the directory structure of the CTP branch. 
The objective was to clean up the branch.

In a summary:

* auto generated files:
   - I've removed a lot of auto generated files and directories like 
'exercices', 'solutions', ...
   - I've also ignored (.bzrignore) these files
   - I now try to only retain the 'master' directory
* spaces in file names:
   - I've removed spaces in filenames (it just helps debugging a little 
bit easier). Examples:
     exercises 3.0 -> exercises_3.0
     10_Project management.rst -> 10_Project_management.rst
   - I've updated the rst files accordingly (in table of contents for 
example)
* some small fixes in build_i18n.py and Makefile

I hope these changes will not break things on your side. If this is the 
case, you can use the Launchpad bug tracker or contact the ctp support. 
We'll do our best to fix them as quickly as possible.
