Status in OpenObject Web Client:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Revno 4018.

When I try to create a new database or drop it, I see an error : 

<class 'mako.exceptions.TopLevelLookupException'>: Cant locate template for uri '/openobject/widgets/templates/form.mako'
