[Bug 684714] [NEW] can't create a partner from the opportunity form view

You have been assigned a bug task for a public bug by Aline (OpenERP) (apr-tinyerp):

in web client, in opportunity form view, the create button, near
partner_id field in opportunity tab, doesn't work. it opens a second
empty tab and save a new record (each time i click this button, a new
record is created).
