This bug also arise at the end of the survey. So it's not necessarily when clicking 'Cancel'. It's when the popup closes, it opens again.

Steps:

 * go in 'Tools' application
 * in menu, choose Surveys -> Answer Surveys -> Answer a Survey
 * a popup opens asking you to choose a survey
 * click on cancel
 * the same popup opens again
 * click on cancel
 * the same popup opens again
 * ...
