Regarding Bug #680916: "Work center" spelling is inconsistent:
- the plural "Work Center Loads" should be kept if it's relevant: i suppose it helps translators and users understand the context.
- there are still lots of occurrences of "Workcenter" and "work center" that should be changed to "Work Center"
