You have been assigned a bug task for a public bug by DBR (OpenERP) (dbr-openerp):

This may be a regression, and appears to be the same as #384214, but it
appears that wizards from tree views aren't working. This can be
verified from the warehouse dashboard by using 'Split in Production
Lots' or 'Partial'. Verified with multiple browsers.
