DBR (OpenERP) (dbr-openerp) has assigned this bug to you for OpenObject Web Client:

generally, m2o widgets don't use the good search view, it should use the
classical search view.

example :
- create a sale order, 
- add a customer by using the search screen (the list of customer)
- the search is not the same that the classical search screen and it should be
