  cannot merge 2 requests for quotation

Bug description:
  in trunk, web 

cannot merge 2 request for quotation (Purchases / Purchases Management / Request for Quotation). Create 2 request with the same supplier and then, try to merge them. 

- create 2 requests for quotation with same supplier
- go to request for quotation list view
- select your new records
- merge them thanks to the action in the right pannel
