It has been fixed in lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-client-web/image-widget-dialogbox.
will be merge very soon in lp:openobject-client-web.

Bug description:
  in the configration wizard "setup your company", click on logo's picture in order to load a logo. The newly opened window is still a popup window, it should be a dialog box.
