Devishree Brahmbhatt (OpenERP) (dbr-openerp) has assigned this bug to you for OpenERP Web Client:

the web client saves pad attachments as "binary" instead of "url"

the GTK can not open these (without manually altering the type - I doubt
that should be possible to change the type for existing attachments)
