Found the reason: wrong time format in language settings. 
For Italian I replaced '%T' with '%I:%M:%S %p' and solved.
This happened with several old databases (created with RC1 or RC2) and subsequently migrated to 6.0.1

Bug description:
  create a db in french and without demo data (or maybe another
  laguage), install sales application and then, try to cretae a sale
  order. In product line, if you try to add a product, a popup appears
  with "undefined".
