Thanks for reporting!

I would opt to set the priority as medium as this problem makes the
feature of search panel partially useless.

Fix should land into stable 6.0.1 as well.

  Clear button on the List view removes the Groups

Bug description:
  Open the Project Issue list view and try to remove the default filters by clicking on the Clear button.
  It will remove the options on the list like Extended Filters... and Group By..
