crm/crm_phonecall_view.xml => No changes then why it appears in your diff ?

For get_note method:
If you found note from case then you should return it otherwise you can use last email content.
do not use for loop to find latest email context you can manually use search method use case id, email from and to fields as your domain with limit=1.
