I was reporting originally that bug that has been marked as a duplicate
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/721905

Here you seem to suggest that if one use the "production" environment it
would suddenly work.

I want to insist that the survey module doesn't work either in
"production" environment with the web-client.

Try with v6.0 head, you'll see that navigation between question is
broken: you cannot go to previous question and when you reach last
question the wizard doesn't finish properly.

  Survey is not working with web client in development environment

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When the web client is using development environment in doc/openerp-
  web.cfg, the surveys answer views are broken.

  Go to Tools > Survey > Answer a Survey.

  Select a survey and try to answer it, it display a wrong window with
  just one field while the gtk client displays the good view.
