Aline (OpenERP) (apr-tinyerp) has assigned this bug to you for OpenERP Web Client:

in trunk, chrome, i cannot create a new purchase order or a request for
quotation.

to reproduce : 
- go to Purchase orders (Purchases/Purchase Management/Purchase Orders)
- click new : bug
