rejected, for me it is not really a bug and adding those fields in the list view is against the principle of usability/ease of use: users that will encode their timesheets don't have a clue of what are those fields! they should be invisible but pre-configured with default data.

What you will do is: raise a warning on the filling of employee in the timesheet.sheet form if those values aren't configured for him.
